When you book a property, you agree to pay all charges for your booking, including the listing price, applicable fees, and any other items identified during checkout. You also agree that BlessedHouse may charge your payment method for any damage claims.

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the host of each listing. Please review the specific cancellation policy for the listing you are interested in.

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on our service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlessedHouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Rwanda without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new terms on our site. Your continued use of the service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
